BRABHAM



1972 - Another Brabham chassis was modified for Indy in 1972 with a new nose cofiguration by Detroit's Antares Engineering. Rolling on Eagles wheels, the Brabham from Pat Patrick's stable was qualified in the middle of the third row by Johnny Rutherford at 183,234 mph. Rutherford retired with a broken connecting rod after 55 laps.
